Water Flow Control System
H2OFF is a patented, proven product designed to protect some of your largest investments against water
damage. It is conveniently designed to install easily into all types of homes, condominiums, apartments,
office buildings, etc.
H2OFF works by timing your water usage with a small microprocessor. Once you have timed your longest
water usage (usually the shower), you can set the remote timer. Any longer use is considered a rupture
or leak.
When excess water use is detected, H2OFF turns off the water to the entire residence or business guaranteeing
its protection.
Alarm System Compatibility
H2OFF can be connected to all major residential and commercial alarm systems. Easy installation allows
you to seamlessly integrate both security systems. That means when you turn your alarm on, you’re
protected from intrusion and water damage as well (An alarm system is not necessary for H2OFF to work).
Backup Battery System
H2OFF is the only water flow control system that offers backup battery protection of this power. Most
comparable units only offer one hour of protection. The H2OFF backup battery system lasts for two and
a half years.
Irrigation System Compatibility
H2OFF is not distracted by sprinklers. If the irrigation system can not be attached to the main water
supply before H2OFF, then a sensor kit can be installed. This kit alerts H2OFF that the irrigation system
is on and prevents unnecessary water shut-off.
Remote Controls
The H2OFF remote controls allow you to control all valve functions from one convenient location - usually
next to the front door or alarm controls.
Vacation Mode
Turning off your water has never been easier. One turn of the dial on the H2OFF control panel, and you’re
done. There is no need to go into the crawl space again. |
